What a race! Shay, Aimee, Steph, and I went to KC to run Hospital Hill Race this last weekend (13.1 miles). The hilliest race I've ran and one of the hottest! Thanks to encouragement from Aimee and Steph, I pulled through. You never realize how wonderful life really is until you've experienced the sun in your face, the wind at your back, and your friends by your side. Thanks girls for an amazing trip!
